Why me? Well, I am qualified both by education, instinct and experience. When I started in 2002 I only had 2 out of 3 and the experience was all personal. Since then I have had many transactions, a combo of Buys and Sells; consisting of houses and land, primarily but not limited to residential. I am definitely more experienced now. I have taken both in-house and professional training. In fact I have been called upon to teach newer agents how to make the most of their assets and in general the ins and outs of working with buyers and sellers. The actual topics haved included Real Estate Law, Ethics and Local Provisions. The letters after my name have been earned by the professional classes that I have taken. For instance ABR is an Accredited Buyer Representative. This class was specific in assisting me in representing my buyer client. CRS, stands for Certified Residential Specialist and that hard won designation, taught me all the rules and regulations pertaining to Property. And the longest designation Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist, prepared me to market Million Dollar Homes. My background is broader now and so are my shoulders. I am prepared for almost anything. I am still prepared to accomodate any transaction; Easy or Hard, Big or Small. I shoot from the shoulder not the hip. My priority remains to get you what you want with little stress and as much laughter as possible.
